The data collected during the assessment consists of numeric measurements, and images. This data is processed by our system which classifies the data into several parameters. Several classifications are derived from mathematical analysis of the numeric data, as well as AI driven predictions.
The reports generated by our system are verified by our team before a final report is sent to you.
At the end of the review, you will receive report documents at the email address provided in the “Testing Center Information” section at the time of the assessment.
Interpreting the report
You will receive the following documents –
Detailed report
This document contains data points collected for each task completed in the assessment as well as output of analysis of the data. It also contains a tabulated listing of findings as summary followed by recommendations for remedial action.
The detailed report contains the visual representation of the final version of the work submitted and the findings marked for each task. Measurements in the form of numeric data used for analysis is also included for each task.
The intent of the detailed report is to understand the progression of thought, and gain deep insights into the individual’s visual perception, motor, and other visual cognitive function for each task in the assessment.
Appendix – Retries
This document contains sequences of retry attempts made while attempting tasks in in the assessment. The retry attempts offer deeper insights into the challenges faced by the subject while attempting a task, and helps in understanding the progression of thought and ability through subsequent retry attempts.
The information in this document when combined with the final attempt documented in the detailed report for a given task offers further insights into visual processing, problem-solving or other challenges faced by an individual.
Summarized report
This document contains a list of findings reported and an explanation of terms used in classification. A list of recommendations is included in this document as well.
The summarized report contains a tabulated list of functional classifications and all the task numbers for which each classification was marked as a finding. These classifications are based on analysis of the image of the final version of the work submitted for each task in the assessment.
Additionally, task numbers for which the measured numeric parameters such as speed, draw length, positioning, pressure, preferred direction, etc. fall outside empirical thresholds are reported separately.
The summarized report also contains a list of age-appropriate recommendations and notes generated based on the top three frequently reported findings in the assessment.
Recommendations
The detailed and summarized report documents contain a section “Recommendations” that include a list of age and gender appropriate activities that may be recommended to remedy specific areas flagged in the report. The top three frequently marked functional classifications provided in the summary section are used to generate these recommendations.
