In-app Purchase of Assessment Units

Assessment units can be purchased after you log into your account. If you are using the account on multiple devices concurrently to administer assessments, we strongly encourage you to disable in-app purchases by not turning on the “Enable in-app purchases” during sign in, or enabling Ask-to-buy to prevent accidental purchases after you purchase assessment units.

Administering assessments

You may start administering assessments after purchase. For detailed instructions on how to configure and administer assessments in your account please refer our user guide at the link provided below –

receiving reports and actionable recommendations

Detailed and abbreviated versions of the report as well as additional documentation such as retry sequences will be sent to you at the email address entered in the “Testing Center Information” section on the main account screen.

You may request a complementary 15min one-on-one consultation with a member of our team if you need any clarifications for discussing the findings reported. Time slots will be granted based on a first come first served basis depending on the availability of our staff and cannot be guaranteed.

How are reports generated?

The system uses a combination of AI and heuristics to determine key performance indicators based on the numeric and image data captured during an assessment.

Due to the nascent stage of deployment of the system, we do require human oversight over the reported findings. After completion of an assessment, the report generated by our system undergoes an approval performed by a reviewer on our team.

What can I expect in an assessment report?

After completion of a review, the following report documents will be sent to you at the email address provided prior to starting the assessment –

  • Detailed Report – consisting of visual representations of each design attempted during the assessment with associated results from analysis of numeric and visual data.
  • Summarized Report – consisting of a summary of classifications and tests marked for said classifications, as well as recommendations for remedial action.
  • Appendix (Retries)  – consisting of all the retry attempts during the assessment that provide insights into the thought behind the retries.
  • Action Sheet – provided for follow-up to record any remedial actions taken.

For details about the reports, please refer to the relevant section of the user guide (link provided below)

How do I configure an email address where I want to receive reports?

You may provide one email address in the “Testing Center Information” section of the start screen after signing into your account prior to starting an assessment. This email address can be different from the email address used during creation of the account.

In an organizational setting such as a school or a learning center, this email address could potentially be that of the teacher of the student administering the assessment.

To update the email address, use the “Update Test Center” link.

Note: At this time, we do not support multiple recipient email addresses.

Will I see in-app advertisements?

The app does not include any advertisements.
